Teckel Tech Studio specializes in custom 3D printing and engraving. Our services include prototyping, small-batch production, personalized engraving, and custom orders.
By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you:

• Are 18 years or older or have parental/guardian consent.

• Understand that all custom orders are unique and may have slight variations.

• Will comply with all applicable Dutch and EU laws.
  

2. Orders & Payments

2.1 Ordering Process

• Orders must be placed through our website, email, or an approved channel.

• All custom design requests require a detailed project description before production.

• We reserve the right to decline orders that violate copyright, trademarks, or ethical guidelines.

• Under Dutch consumer law, you will receive a confirmation email after placing an order.
  

2.2 Pricing & Payments

• Payment must be completed before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Custom-made products (3D prints and engravings) are exempt from the right of withdrawal unless they arrive defective or significantly different from the approved design.

• If an order is eligible for withdrawal, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

4. Production & Lead Times

• 3D printing and engraving production times vary based on order complexity and volume. Estimated lead times will be provided upon order confirmation.

• Minor variations in color, texture, and finish may occur due to material properties.

• Rush orders may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.
  

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer domestic and EU-wide shipping via [shipping carriers].

• Shipping times vary by location and do not include production lead times.

• Teckel Tech Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or customs.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Custom orders (3D prints and engravings) are non-refundable unless they arrive defective or significantly different from the approved design.

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted.

• Teckel Tech Studio retains the right to refuse projects that involve legally or ethically questionable content.
  

8. Warranty & Liability

• Our 3D printed and engraved products are provided “as is”, without warranties unless explicitly stated.

• We are not responsible for misuse, improper handling, or modifications of our products.

• Under Dutch law, consumers are entitled to a minimum two-year legal guarantee on defective products, except for wear and tear.
  

9. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)

• We process customer data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Personal data is used solely for order fulfillment and communication purposes.

• Customers have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data.
